Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a food processor, combine cheddar cheese, pitted black olives, breadcrumbs, egg, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown.

Transfer the fried balls to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
