Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in tequila, vanilla extract, crushed pineapple, and flour.

Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edges to loosen the cake from the pan. Allow the cake to cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
