Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate separately.

In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the melted dark chocolate and the other half into the melted milk chocolate.

Crumble the chocolate cookies into small pieces.

In serving glasses, layer the chocolate mousse, crumbled cookies, and whipped cream.

Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

Top with chocolate shavings.
