Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano.

Grease a baking dish and layer half of the zucchini slices on the bottom.

Spread half of the onion and garlic mixture on top.

Pour half of the egg mixture over the zucchini.

Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella cheese on top.

Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
