Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the crust ingredients and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the chocolate chips, almonds, and shredded coconut.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door closed for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
