In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the cinnamon chips and chopped pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
