In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together.

Gradually add the egg and milk mixture to the flour mixture, whisking until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt butter.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to lift.

Flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
