Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the flour to the skillet and whisk until smooth. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly. Continue whisking until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni and kale to the skillet. Stir until well coated.
