Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the top rind off the Brie cheese.

Cut a small circle in the center of the cheese, leaving a border around the edge.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the diced apples, pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Cook until the apples are tender and the mixture is caramelized.

Spoon the apple mixture into the hollowed-out Brie cheese.

Place the stuffed Brie cheese on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
