Hot Feta, Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Feta cheese is a staple in Greek cuisine and is traditionally made from sheep’s milk or a mixture of sheep’s and goat’s milk.
This is vegetarian, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese.

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.

In a separate bowl, combine the feta cheese, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite chips, crackers, or bread.
