In a blender, purée the mangoes until smooth.

Dissolve gelatin in water and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Add the gelatin mixture, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

Gently fold in the whipped cream.

Pour half of the mango purée over the crust.
