Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle each cookie with sea salt flakes.
