In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut a hole in the center of each bread slice using a round cookie cutter. Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place the bread slices in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Arrange the bread slices in a ring shape on a serving plate. Drizzle maple syrup over the bread ring. Serve warm and enjoy!
