S’mores Blondies are a twist on the classic campfire treat, combining the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows in a delicious blondie bar.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix until well combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
