Brown Butter Raspberry Tart
Brown butter, also known as beurre noisette in French, adds a rich and nutty flavor to baked goods.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and vanilla extract.

Gradually pour the brown butter into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly, until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.

Arrange the raspberries on top of the dough.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
