Ingredients
  • 500 gram Zucchini
  • 1 gram Onion
  • 150 gram Bacon
  • 150 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 150 gram Self-Raising Flour
  • 5 piece Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grate the zucchini and onion, and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, onion, bacon, cheddar cheese, self-raising flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and set.
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Slice and serve warm or cold.
