Ingredients
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each muffin.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
  11. Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
