Ingredients
  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the grated zucchini to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the zucchini mixture into the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
