  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, pineapple, eggs, vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
