Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well.
  7. Stir in the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
