Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 150 gram Oatmeal
  • 200 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the oatmeal and flour, mixing until well combined.
  5. Press the dough into a greased baking pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut into squares or desired shapes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
