Ingredients
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • as needed for frying Oil
  • to taste Salt
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and all-purpose flour to make a dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil the potatoes and mash them. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, ginger, and green chili.
  3. Add peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add mashed potatoes and coriander leaves. Mix well and let it cool.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into circles.
  6. Cut the circles in half and form cones. Fill the cones with the potato mixture.
  7. Seal the edges and deep fry the samosas until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
