Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 4 ounce Reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the melted butter to the sugar mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top. Swirl the cream cheese mixture into the brownie batter using a knife.
  8. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl again.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
