  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the potatoes and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and dried thyme.
  4. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
