Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well.
  4. Slowly pour in the red wine and vegetable broth, stirring constantly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
