Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant white chocolate pudding mix, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
