  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 3 drop Orange food coloring
  • 1/4 cup Halloween-themed sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  10. Divide the melted chocolate into two bowls and add orange food coloring to one of the bowls.
  11. Dip each cookie halfway into the white chocolate or orange chocolate, then immediately sprinkle with Halloween-themed sprinkles.
  12. Place the dipped cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set for about 30 minutes.
