  • 170 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 gram White chocolate chips
  • 150 gram Butterscotch chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
