Ingredients
  • 2.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cup Sugar
  • 3 cup Egg whites
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg whites and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients mixture to the creamed butter mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the cakes from the pans and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Once cooled, frost the cakes with whipped cream and decorate with fresh berries.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
