Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chinese Cabbage
  • 200 gram Arborio Rice
  • 4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion becomes translucent.
  2. Add Arborio rice to the pan and stir for 1-2 minutes until the rice is coated in oil.
  3. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring constantly. Allow the rice to absorb the broth before adding more.
  4. Once the rice is almost cooked, add the chopped Chinese cabbage and continue stirring.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the rice is tender and creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
