Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 100 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 150 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 75 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 25 gram Cocoa Powder
  • 200 gram Cherries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, then fold gently until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the cherries, vanilla extract, and salt.
  7. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 greased ramekins.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve warm, optionally topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
