Ingredients
  • 1 sheet Croissant dough
  • 2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into donut shapes using a donut cutter.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer.
  4. Fry the croissant donuts until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer the donuts to a wire rack to cool.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  7. Dip each cooled donut into the glaze, allowing the excess to drip off.
  8. Place the glazed donuts on a baking sheet and let them rest for 1 hour to allow the glaze to set.
