Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread half of the mixture over the crust.

In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and eggs. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the cream cheese layer.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.

Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
