Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased mini cheesecake pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cheesecake pan. Top with wildberries.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheesecakes are set. Remove from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the cheesecakes to a wire rack and let them cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, top each cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
