Ingredients
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and blanch the spinach. Squeeze out the excess water and chop it finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
  4. Let the dip rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
