Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Truffle oil
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Slowly whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the truffle oil, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Continue stirring until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until well coated.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and the dish is heated through.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
