Ingredients
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 4 ounce Goat Cheese
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them evenly on top of the puff pastry.
  4. Crumble the goat cheese over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves, salt, and black pepper on top.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the tart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
