Ingredients
  • 250 gram Spaghetti
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 30 gram Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Yuzu Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 50 gram Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the tomatoes, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes start to break down.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat in the tomato sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and yuzu pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
