Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 200 gram Cream cheese
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 10 gram Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds.
  2. In a blender, combine the tomatoes, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, basil leaves, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or glasses.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to set.
