Ingredients
  • 200 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 500 gram Cream Cheese
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 200 gram Toblerone Chocolate
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the base of a springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Melt the Toblerone chocolate and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 2 hours.
  10. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  11. Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  12. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.
  13. Grate some Toblerone chocolate on top.
  14. Serve chilled and enjoy!
