Ingredients
  • 200 packet Digestive biscuits
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 500 gram Cream cheese
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 200 ml Whipping cream
  • 200 gram Toblerone chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 50 ml Water
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Melt the Toblerone chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  5. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
  6. Dissolve gelatin powder in water and heat until completely dissolved. Add to the cream cheese mixture and mix again.
  7. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the springform pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
