Ingredients
  • 24 piece Ladyfingers
  • 2 cup Eggnog
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate Shavings
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine eggnog, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger into the eggnog mixture and place them in the bottom of a trifle dish.
  3. Spread half of the eggnog mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, eggnog mixture, cocoa powder, and ground cinnamon.
  6. Cover the trifle dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
