Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pound Ground meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and water to make a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  3. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a thin circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of the circle.
  5. Fold the edges of the circle to form a dumpling shape, making sure to seal it tightly.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until golden brown.
  8. Alternatively, you can steam the dumplings for a healthier option.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
