Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 150 gram Sour cream
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Bacon
  • 50 gram Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until they are tender.
  3. While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble.
  4. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Cut a small slice off the top of each potato and scoop out the flesh into a bowl, leaving a thin shell.
  6. Mash the potato flesh with butter, sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Stir in the crumbled bacon, grated cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  8. Spoon the filling back into the potato shells.
  9. Place the stuffed potatoes back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
