Ingredients
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 150 gram Granulated sugar
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 250 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 gram Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
