Ingredients
  • 4 piece Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 0.5 pound Ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 4 tablespoon Salsa
  • 4 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the corn tortillas with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through.
  4. Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
  5. Assemble the tostadas by spreading a layer of refried beans on each tortilla. Top with ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, salsa, Greek yogurt, and cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
