Ingredients
  • 200 gram Tenderstem broccoli
  • 200 gram Paneer
  • 150 gram Carrot
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 100 gram Tomato
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until onion turns translucent.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped tenderstem broccoli, paneer, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
