Grate the potatoes and onion. Squeeze out excess liquid.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, and salt.

Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the skillet and flatten with a spatula.

Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
