Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup Butter
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread the cranberry mixture over the crust. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
