Ingredients
  • 250 gram Noodles
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 4 teaspoon Szechuan Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 stalk Spring Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
